Initial draft UML models were posted today - March 3, 2005.

Comments on this draft are requested by March 18, 2005, so that we can turn around a new draft for review by the end of March.

Most state DOTs have a crash diagram section to there crash reporting systems. Is this support in this schema? If so, can you guide me to it.
